What I would do differently starting over
If I were starting fresh in 2026 with no audience, no equipment, and no name yet, here is the sequence I would run.
- Pick one defined character and stay in it for 90 days. Members on LiveJasmin pay for someone specific and they are looking for a polished show, so define your persona and voice. Find a niche or combination of two and stick with it. Niche-hopping kills conversion and loses already existing fans. Decide who you are on day one and live there for three months before changing anything drastically.
- Schedule two peak-traffic windows and own them. Same days and same hour blocks every week. Trying different blocks gives your algorithm and your fans the consistency and both will reward this.
