This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site and from individuals who apply to work with us as models or performers, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. This Site is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use this Site or submit any information to us. ## Who we are LCA is a talent agency that recruits, onboards, and manages cam models. We do not produce or publish sexually explicit content on this Site. Public-facing material on livecamagency.com is limited to marketing, roster information, and educational content for prospective and current models. Any explicit performing our talent does takes place on third-party cam platforms, in private rooms governed by those platforms' own terms and age-verification systems, not on this Site. ## Information we collect **From general visitors:** When you browse the Site, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through our hosting provider, security services (including Cloudflare), and any analytics tools we use. If you submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide in that form (typically name and email address). **From talent applicants:** When you apply to work with LCA, we collect the information you submit as part of that application, which may include your name, contact information, photos or other media you choose to submit, and any other details relevant to evaluating your application. **Age and identity verification:** Because we only work with performers who are 18 or older, we collect a government-issued photo ID from applicants to verify age and identity before onboarding. This is collected directly from the applicant as part of the onboarding process, whether by us or by a verification provider acting on our behalf. - We use this ID only to confirm the applicant is 18 or older and to confirm their identity. - Access to this information is limited to the LCA staff directly responsible for onboarding and compliance. - We retain identity and age verification records only as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations and to support the business relationship, and in any event no longer than applicable law permits or requires. ## Cookies The Site uses cookies for basic functionality, such as remembering login details for site administrators and supporting spam protection on any comment or form fields. If you leave a comment on the Site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in a cookie for convenience on future visits; these last one year.
